eSimplicity is excited to announce the recent strategic hire of Carrie Yang-Johnson as the organization’s Director of Business Growth and Proposals.

eSimplicity is an 8(a) Woman Owned Small Business based in Bethesda, MD. The organization specializes in digital services and engineering work that supports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Defense (DoD).

Carrie has over 20 years of government contracting experience in Federal Civilian and DoD business development specializing in building teams and aligning proposal development with Corporate business development, Capture, and Program Execution objectives. Carrie’s expertise includes market research, opportunity identification and assessment, competitive analysis, proposal management and development, and health and human services program management.
