eSimplicity Hires Director of Culture and People
eSimplicity is excited to announce a key strategic hire, Casey Harris, as Director of Culture and People.
eSimplicity, a boutique digital services and engineering WOSB and 8(a) firm located in Bethesda, MD is preparing for another year of making high impact changes that improve the life and health of millions of Americans while defending our national interests on the battlefield.
“Fostering a culture of purpose with a focus on the people who help the government bring about changes and improvements to the way the public interacts with the government is the core of our business,” said AnhThu Nguyen, eSimplicity founder and CEO. Casey brings to eSimplicity’s mission her dedication over the past 5.5 years running the professional development and education programs that many of the industry and governments most impactful individuals have participated in at the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). She carries a Master of Education in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change and is passionate about creating work environments where people strive to do their best work.
