eSimplicity has made a corporate investment in providing its team members with individual subscriptions to the on-demand learning platform Udemy for Business. Udemy for Business is a subscription offering that includes 3,500 of Udemy’s highest-rated business and technical courses. Udemy for Business customers can take courses in subjects ranging from communication to data science to design, among others.

Continuous learning and development is one of eSimplicity’s core values and the organization views this investment as a strategic partnership to facilitate the skill development of its team members.

We recently spoke with Nam Nguyen, COO and Founder of eSimplicity about this initiative and he stated: “One of the biggest challenges in today’s marketplace is figuring out how to keep up with the pace of change. We made the decision to implement Udemy for Business because we want to do whatever we can to help our team members develop their skills in the topic areas that they need, when they need it.”

Darren Shimkus, President for Udemy for Business said in a recent statement “eSimplicity is a model example of how organizations can prioritize learning and development for an entire workforce. We are thrilled to work with eSimplicity as they continue to invest in developing their talent by arming them with the most advanced skills and empowering every professional to learn.”
