eSimplicity Earns ISO 9001:2015 Certification

eSimplicity proudly announces that it earned ISO 9001:2015, an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). A QMS is the formalized system that documents processes and responsibilities for maintaining quality policies and objectives. eSimplicity achieved the ISO standard through organizing its processes, improving process efficiency, and optimizing business overall. With this, the company will continue to maintain its high level of customer satisfaction and build upon its QMS to advance its successful reputation and work ethic.

The Quality Management Officer, Eric Ross, works with program managers and team leads to ensure quality across delivery with the goal of meeting three quality objectives. These include consistently keeping team members engaged, maintaining adherence to policies and procedures, and most importantly, maintaining customer satisfaction. eSimplicity conducted a review of its projects and received high scores on customer satisfaction across all areas. The company intends to commit to this key goal of customer satisfaction, a hallmark of eSimplicity’s success.

In order to most effectively assess how eSimplicity meets these standards, Ross evaluated the changes in external and internal issues that resulted in changes and enhancements to eSimplicity’s QMS. He also designed quality processes that meet the ISO 9001:2015 standard and enable eSimplicity to thrive in the current environment. The COVID-19 pandemic has created an impact to traditional work structures and contract funding, which leads to a greater emphasis on quality products to validate support as well as maintain quality and communication while offsite. eSimplicity has created investment analysis capabilities to maximize revenue opportunities and continue to meet its customers’ quality expectations. eSimplicity will also continue to develop more employee engagement strategies to keep employees connected and engaged in a remote work environment.

Earning the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, along with an appraised CMMI Maturity Level 3, speaks to eSimplicity’s ability to continually mature company practices. This ISO certification and related appraisals strategically position eSimplicity among other advanced companies and competitors from around the globe who maintain high-level standards. eSimplicity’s ongoing efforts to meet and exceed quality standards for its customers laid the groundwork for ISO requirements. Continuing to adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 standard will help eSimplicity to support current and future clients, strengthen team member involvement, and comply with regulations.
